Since I’ve found it last week, the video has been removed from Youku, and if you search for 上海不欢迎你 (Shanghai Doesn’t Welcome You) on Baidu Video or Tudou, you won’t find anything. A quick search on Google points towards a discussion on Douban (which is usually more tolerant), but the page has been eventually "harmonized" as well.

从我上个星期找到这个录像，优酷已经删除它，而且如果搜索“上海不欢迎你”在百度视频或者土豆，你不会找得到。搜索在谷歌指向一个论坛在豆瓣，可是那个网页也已经河蟹了。
