A sunny day, on March 14th, 2009, at Chángzhōu skatepark (常州滑板公园)…
Only one hour away from Shanghai by car or train, the skatepark is located in Qīngfēng park (青枫公园).
First of all, here’s a short movie:
If it takes too long to load, you can watch the low resolution video on Tudou.
This skatepark is really different from those in Shanghai.
Changzhou’s elements are regular sized ones. Good combination of spins, medium half-pipe, funboxes and quarter-pipes.
The only bad points are the quality of the metallic plates (too thin maybe, so it’s trembling and denting) and the design of some elements (like the un-smooth vertical to curve transition on the medium half-pipe …).
As you can see, Pascal & Tim worked a lot on their "clothing" style:
We were also 3 riders using FSK skates (Salomon Crossmax 3, Rollerblade Twister 2 and Roces Majestic 1999?), and even 2 others guys with slalom skates

Some more nice shots of Pascal! Flying!!!
We’ve also found a small bridge in the park around: its curvature allowed cool jumps!

Thanks again to 北极星 & Vic for the transportation!
